Capel Path Rangers Capel Path Rangers are a group of volunteers with a keen interest in maintaining and improving the public rights of way in the parish of Capel in Kent. Whilst we are primarily a social organization, we are recognized as a volunteer group by the Public Rights of Way section of Kent County Council who actively support our endeavours.
